Essential Question: How does internal and external revolution occur? 

For this unit, we will be exploring how internal revolution occurs within Tita's family. Through this revolution, family traditions will shift and new ways of living will unfold and expand. Along with this notion of family change, we will track how the Mexican Revolution affects the societal and familial issues pertaining to tradition in this novel.
